In the spirit of communication, it is important that there is an outlet for coaches to share their thoughts or concerns on referee performance. In these cases, please do not criticize officials and please do not share improvement suggestions directly with the officials themselves. Instead, please contact the Head of Officials to share concerns or opportunities for improvement. This format will allow for PAWPRA to provide the proper training and feedback to the officials in the appropriate manner.
